Problem we're fixing = improving the claims experience for insurance customers. Helping Insurers deliver on the promise they make when people take out and pay for their insurance cover (and keep on paying!). The moment of truth = the claim. Today the claim process sucks for most people

The word "Zieto" is a shorted form of an old term, "Zieto Zieto" (derived from "Cito Cito") used in the early Cape postal service to convey a sense of urgency. Zieto is pronounced as Zee-too.
Below is an image of one such envelope dated to 1791 bearing the words "Sieto Zieto".
