Brief de Design de Logo

We need a simple logo for use with the new podcast 'Breaking Business'. This podcast is focused on helping other people excel (H.O.P.E.) with the theme 'You Can'. The podcast is 'honest conversations with business people who share their experiences and the solutions to the problems they have encountered along the way; very focused on solutions that others can apply. It must be simple and eye catching; suitable for iTunes and similar, it will also be used as the anchor icon for each podcast, on the web page and through social media - needs to be square. I lean towards red/purple and orange/yellow but happy to review other ideas
