This sounds like an interesting project that I would like to work on, but unfortunately the payment is not guaranteed. Making the payment guaranteed will draw higher quality designers giving you a better chance at receiving more quality submissions. Guaranteeing the payment shows that you are serious which means the designers will be more serious as well. I've also already got a great idea for incorporating the existing design. It doesn't matter, either way, as long as the colors are complimentary, they don't have to be the same.
