Brief de Design de Brochure
We are a higher end interior and exterior painting contractor which also provides a range of other services as found on www.chesapeakepainting.net. Our edge in the market is being the "gentlemen painters" as we are clean shaven, kind to all customers, clean up more than we received it, timely with everything and do the best work around at the right price.
We need a brochure that reflects the elegance and quality of work we perform. We really want this to have a folder within to actually insert a letter and printed proposal from our founder so we can present on the spot or add flyers to and hand out at events, etc. We want something full page so no trifolds, rather a bifold with some means of have a folder insert.
The design should be elegant but bold with images.

We are typically working with women between 45-55 years of age living in homes worth $500K to $1m. You can imagine what they like (need) to see from contractors and we are already elegant and serving that need with our web and online communications but we need a print piece to match.
