Brief de Design de Logo

We are a youth sport organization of Winterthur. We organize youth camps for various sports.
We need a new modern logo for our appearance.
We want the coat of arms of Winterthur (see Appendix winterthur.jpg) in the logo. The logo should be used for various sports. So for example for handball, floorball, basketball etc.
The association, which coordinates everything, is called "Winti Kids". The current logo is attached (logo.jpg).

Update 2017-07-15
We have discussed the proposals today and already see good approaches, but the right is not yet. We have now set ourselves up and are trying to describe more precisely what we would like to have.

There are two variants that we would prefer. Firstly something in the way like dragons.jpg, but of course somehow with a lion (referring to Winterthur) or something like monkey_logo.jpg. In the way the monkey_logo.jpg would be great if the ball could be exchanged (handball, basketball, floorball, football).

It would be best to have a logo, which consists of two parts. A graphic and a text. So that we could use both together, only the text or just the graphic. Depending on application.
