Brief de Design de Brochure

I am needing a 2 page marketing brochure template that i can edit using Adobe DC. The Brochure needs to showcase a selected investment property. I need to be able to edit the text and the images easily. The brochure layout should stay the same.

I have attached a template of the first page/theme/feel which I want to use but need it to be a pdf file so I don't have to use photoshop. The first page of the brochure should look similar to this. I have attached another example of a brochure to for your perusal.

First Page needs to have:

1. Main image at the top
2. "HOME" text needs to be changed to the property Lot number eg. "LOT 4"
3. "FOR SALE" text needs to be changed to the rest of the property's address in this format - "Street Name" "Type of Street/Road/Grove etc", "Suburb", "State", "postcode". eg. Waterworks Road, Kingston QLD 4012.
4. The box with the bullet points on the right needs to have a heading eg. "HOUSE AND LAND" or "DUPLEX" to describe what type of property it is. I need to be able to edit this.
5. Under this heading needs to be 3 icons ( icon for number of bedrooms, icon for number of bathrooms and icon for number of cars that fit it the carport/garage.) Next to each icon will be a number which i will need to be able to edit. I have attached 4 examples.
6. Underneath the icons I will need the editable measurements listed. I have added an example of the measurement/type. Please play around with the layout but keep list in that order:

7. The coloured pricing box needs to say "FIXED PRICE" above the price.
8. Need to keep the section of text titled "ABOUT THE PROPERTY AND FEATURES". I will need to be able to edit this for each brochure.
9. Logo and contact details in footer - Please just use the logo and details in the template I attached. If your design is selected I will forward you the correct logo and contact info.

The second page:

1. Needs to showcase a floor plan. I have attached 2 examples.
2. I want a banner image or header image above the floor plan the stretches across the whole page. please repeats the 3 icons and the some of the same info from step 6 page one. You may only include the measurements in the example. eg house area, land area, house price, land price and total package price. Please also include property address. A smaller image of the header image on the first page needs to be included in the header. i have attached an example.
3. A house design description needs to be added to the page similar to the amount of text on the first page - "ABOUT THE PROPERTY AND FEATURES" section. A heading and paragraph description. Please play around with layouts.
4. please make sure the footer is the same from the first page with the logo and contact details etc.
