Brief de Design 3D

Windmill Downs is a brand new park that is not yet built but will be part of a new development/community surrounded by brand new homes.

We would like a 3D render of what the park will look like. We need to update these images as an aerial view and a close up view and add to these images:
* families and children and pets having fun in the park with picnics
* Bar b ques (as per the drawing)
* playing with the ball or running around.

We need the parks to look alive so that buyers can imagine what life would be like living here and using the park. We need to showcase young couples, young families and older grand parents. A wonderful place where you can come with family, friends and neighbours.

There is some water in the background but this cannot be too blue as it is the country and it is a pond (not the ocean).

This is to show young families (mainly women aged 25 to 45) buy land in a new community to build their dream home and this is the park that will be in their new community and within walking distance to their home.

Page 1 of attachment shows close up the areas that will be shown on the park. The main focus is the trees & bbq area.

Page 2 of the attachment is highlighted in red the actual area/location of the park (and shows a little more of what the pond looks like).

Page 3 is the basis of the 3D render. It will focus on the area to the RIGHT of the red line - the BBQ, the trees and the pond area in the corner. Please do not show anything to the left of the image, in particular the rectangle area near the BBQ.

There is also another example of a 3D park render which was done for another park which is by the same developer. This image can be used as a guide for the new park style for Windmill Downs.
