Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for our vacation rental in Maui Hawaii. We rent a one bedroom/one bath condo and want to convey the island lifestyle and tropical location.
Our condo business is called Kihei Hale O Maluhia - Kihei is the town, 'Hale O Maluhia' means 'calm and tranquil home' in the Hawaiian language. Our condo is beach side and surrounded by tropical gardens with flowers and palm trees.

I want the logo to convey ocean, island, palm trees, and use ocean like colors. Local activities include snorkel, scuba, swimming, ocean activities and such. Maybe relaxing under the swaying palm trees feel. I want it to convey local business, not corporate or a stark design, not too much like a cartoon. Should be easy to read since it is a lot of words.

The logo should say 'Kihei Hale O Maluhia' and in small text 'Maui Vacation Rental Condo'. Our website is www.AlohaCondoRental.com
if we can incorporate that into the logo that would be good too
I don't want to abbreviate the titles. (i.e. no KHOM)

We will primarily use this logo on our website (see attached file - logo will replace orange block), in email campaigns and on letterhead/business cards. On the web site, the area is about 200x900 pixels.

We have a generic business card that I like, but it is a basic design that can be picked from a catalog. It isn't unique to us. I do like the simplicity and colors.
