Brief de Web Design

We need a logo and screen design for an e-commerce website that offers a variety of coffee blends to customers.
We first need a logo, and subsequently a theme for the entire website.
The design can be hipster/rustic/stylish, as it fits in the barrister/coffee culture environment. We are imagining a black/white logo and theme, which can also use an additional accent colour (we are open to suggestions).
In short, what we need: 1. A logo "The Coffee Network", and a selection of fonts/accent colours for our platform.

Our target market is customers who shop coffee online. They are typically between 25 and 50 years old and value a very clean, crisp, stylish, professional design.
