Brief de Design Illustration

955 New North Rd Shopping Centre
Use a black and white plan of an existing retail centre and add colour and graphics so that the plan is attractive to potential tenants.
The existing plan will need to be redrawn and edges of buildings, roads and lines of carparks clearly shown.
Colours will clearly show the different zones of the center - internal mall, tenancies, carparks, landscaping and adjoining road.
Final output will be 2 plans - one with existing names of shops shown and the second with no tenancy names included.
We would like to edit the final plan in the future (change tenant names etc) so require the file to be forwarded in an editable format - PDF or similar.

We have attached 5 files.
1. The original plan - you will see that this is a "construction" plan and includes details that we do not need - this plan is for reference only
2. A marked-up plan showing the details that we want to see on the plan - we have crossed out the details that we do not want to show in the final plan. There are a number of "dashed" lines on the plan - we want these removed (they are cross section lines for construction). I have marked these Ines with red crosses. Use this plan to work from - but follow the style of the example plan. The tenancy walls will be the same as the Tenancy PLan
3. A coloured-up plan showing the locations of landscaping, footpaths and the internal mall. Have coloured in using highlighters but please use colours shown on example plan. I have not fully coloured in shops and carparks but your final copy should have these areas fully coloured. Show the external road and the external footpath in a lighter "shade" than the centre - suggest a 50% colour lightening of the same colours used in the centre - i have "dashed" the external footpath and road on plan 3.
4. A plan showing current tenancies - this has changed sine the original layouts of plans 1-3 so use this plan for the layout
5. A word file of the tenancy names (to be put on the named plan)
6. An example plan of the style that we are looking for - use this style and these colours please. Except - the example plan has shaded trees that overhang the carpark. Do not show the shaded "large" trees in the landscaping areas of the 955 centre plan. Just use the light green colours and show darker green landscaping plants within the boundaries of the landscaping area

Finally insert title at bottom of final image the title in 2 lines
"955 Shopping Centre
955 New North Road, Mt Albert"
and put a simple black border around the edge of teh page.
Typically we will use the final PDF in A3 - landscape
