Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for my new company called Australia Gold. It will be for upmarket spring water in glass bottles. My customers will be high end clubs bars restaurants casinos and people that see themselves in the designer fashion category or just straight look to impress. The design should have an outline of a kangaroo or outline of map of australia and be all in gold. Im not sure what font i want but would like it to be clear so it can be easily read and straight to the point but if you have a vision go with it.
