Brief de Design de Logo

We are moving in a different direction! Please note the below requests.

We are looking for an elegant logo, that utilizes our original font. We are looking for something sophisticated. We are a real estate company that focuses on million dollar plus homes in Costa Rica.

We do like the colors of the Costa Rican Flag, which is red, blue and white. We also like the red, white, and black. We would like to see an anchor, seahorse, noble heron, or simply the letter "K" incorporated into the design, but have it remain sophisticated and elegant. (We have attached several pictures for your review). We are thinking it may look sharp to see a metal chain link around the logo, but we will defer to you. We would consider wings (like Bentley or Breitling), but it is definitely not necessary.

Our current logo features towers and was originally created for our Chicago Office. We no longer want any our towers or any kind of buildings incorporated into our logos. We want a sophisticated and simple logo appropriate for a luxury real estate company in Costa Rica.
