Brief de Design de Flyer

Our company offers help to landlords who have a phone mast on their property. We help them to negotiate the best rent and lease terms. There are so many landlords who don't seek professional advice because they don't know it's available. We want to send them a flyer which is informative, looks professional but also friendly so it prompts them to call us. I have attached the wording and some pictures but have more I can send but they were too large to attach.
