Brief de Web Design

I need a website designed for my music production company. We specialize in finding talented musicians and matching them with music producers all over the United States. A visitor can create a profile and/or upload their music demo and we submit it to thousands of music producers and production companies for review. In many cases, our members will receive multiple signing offers from music producers allowing them to choose the contract that is best for them. "We turn aspiring musicians into SuperStars!"

Please include photos that reflect all genres of music (black artists, white artists, both male and female.) We produce all types of music including rap, R&B, rock, country, and Hip Hop.

When a user creates a profile, they become visible to thousands of record producers who are looking to sign new talent and make them stars.

Somewhere in the top half of the page, please include a small form that the visitor can fill out. The form should look as follows:

Title (large and bold): Contact Us or Submit Music Demo
Fields to include (* = required): First Name*, Last Name*, Age, Zip Code, Email Address*, Daytime Phone, Evening Phone, Comments

Then, there will be a "submit" button to proceed to next step of form. Just below the "submit" button, should be the following verbiage: "After submitting, you will have the opportunity to upload demos of your music (optional) and provide other pertinent information about yourself, band, or group."
