Brief de Design de Logo

Our client is Structured House Group. They provide and develop accommodation for students and hotels. The website purpose is to attract investment from blue chip clients.

We have been commissioned to create a new website for the client, and the first part of this is to create a new brand identity for company, which can also be extended out easily to their three core vertical brand channels.

UPDATE 22/06;

My client is keen for the design to not be too "house" or "construction"
They like the subtle abstract nature of the attached "Landmark" logo.
They would also like to see alternative colour schemes like the attached "Concord" logo.

Exigences

Doit avoir

• A formal, distinctive, corporate look and feel
• Using dark blues and greys
• A simple avatar/graphic to the left of the text "Structured House Group"
• An ability to extend this to create similar logos for the three sub-brands;
• BOHO Co-Live
• BOHO Student
• BOHO Lofts
• (If we can see examples of these then brilliant - possibly using bold to differentiate the three sub-brands so Co-Live, Student and Lofts might be in bold)
• Design must use a font from the Google Font Library
• Our client likes the non-Google font Gotham Light as an example
• Logo must have reverse (white) version that can be used on dark backgrounds too
• Our client likes the logo of www.selectproperty.com as an example
