Brief de Design de Logo

Greetings! We need a logo designed for a new company. It's called "Parosol". It is a combination of two words "Paro" - means 'setting' and "sol" means 'sun'. The idea is the [sunset] setting sun on life, for an estate and health care planning consulting company, that ultimately helps people put together their final life plan in case they ever became ill or die. We help them with legal matters, insurance, finances, health care etc.
We are looking for a simple logo. Professional. Modern. Minimal. Clean. Not heavy on the graphics in terms of busyness. Simple black or greyish logo, as well as a white logo version (that can be used on alternating black/grey and white backgrounds respectively). *IF you feel it needs a splash of colour - then red or gold would be preferred.

Please note: For the final product, we will need the logo in a variety of formats (to be used on dark and light backgrounds, as profile pics, social media sizes, transparent logo(s), as well as high resolution for printing. This includes .psd (layers), .ai or .eps (vector), fonts, or Coral Draw (if applicable).
