Brief de Print Design

We need to have 2 different retractable banners designed that will be used at a variety of events. We plan to have the banners printed through buildasign.com. According to their site, specs are as follows:

Retractable banners are digitally printed on 12oz double-sided smooth vinyl. While the area on the retractable banners is 33 x 78, the customer will want to provide a file that has an area of 35 x 82 to account for bleed, with 3" of that vertical bleed at the bottom of the design. Recommended DPI is 150. Upload capacity for Retractable Banners is 100MP.
