We do not have a preference, it will ultimately come down to the logo design that resonates with us.

Once again we do not have a preference. That said, as I mentioned in the brief the firm is named after one of the people that appear on the Australian $100 note, therefore something that incorporates this may appeal

While we do not want the face of John Monash, something that depicts him such as a military man standing pr on a horse etc is fine.  That said, the logo does not have to contain any reference to John Monash.
