Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in sultanate of oman called " Finest touch services". We are a company which offer maintenance services for houses and building, it includes decorations. We need something creative with a colourful theme which matches the company work. I need a logo which suits the maintenance industry, something creative and innovative and something simple. In conclusion i need the logo to be a unique logo and a good looking one
