Brief de Web Design

we have a website www.sandwichexpress.ae which needs a complete graphical overhaul.
We are a bakery in Dubai, producing artisan breads and related products. Also salads and sandwiches. All fresh, all handmade, best quality.
We'd like to have something that looks fresh, modern, nice colours (no dark colours). Trendy but still transporting the feeling of the "good ol' bakery).
Our customers are expats, mostly english speakers. But we'd like to attract more different nationalities!
Also, customers are individuals and also companies (offices, airlines, yacht charters...) The third section are coffee shops, restaurants, hotels....
We have also an online shop. This is a MUST and can be optimised.
We'd like to stick with wordpress and woocommerce.
It MUST be responsive and easy to navigate on mobile devices. 60% of our customers order on mobile phones... browsing is even more.
