Brief de Design de Logo

Business is Caterwings.de. Logo must say Caterwings.
Our subheading is "Make eat Happen".... but as with Nike, these words wont appear in our most often used
We need a new logo. Orange mainly, with black and white. Presently, our branding is not strong. Would be good to also get same logo, with colors reversed
Image immediately has to shout online catering, maybe a canape and a computer? Food on wings?
We need both a rectangular version with an image and text, and an image only version on a square eg see facebook images attached.
Our clients are mainly women(70%) and Business to business.
