2. comedy first, entertainment focused at all times. Bright not dark. Funny not serious. Push the boundaries. Think outside the square. Make people sit up and laugh, then wonder and then laugh again.
Our Story:
A shock & awe(some) comedy about the absurdity of reality TV and our insatiable desire for the Xtreme.
In this irresistible, high-octane comedy, a Los Angeles producer steals from popular Reality TV formats, hiring three judges (an ex-MI6 agent, explosives expert and FARC commander) to seek out the ultimate amateur master terrorist. The 10 wannabe finalists try their luck in out-of-control challenges and eliminations in his version of So You Want To Be A Terrorist!, The Armed Apprentice, Blasterchef and Queer Spy for the Terrorist Guy. The producer wants action and explosions, even if this means contestants might get killed! But while eyes are diverted, a failed contestant hacks the show, giving everyone more than they bargained for. 10terrorists! is a parody of the world we ‘occupy’ and speaks directly into our media-saturated 21st century.
