Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my new consultancy firm, technically 'Change Aim' is a home based business, but I am looking to leverage myself against competitors in the Sacramento and San Francisco area. Change Aim was created to take change management concepts to the next level. To provide consultations specifically for team building workshops, conflict resolution & negotiations, and environment management (known as organizational change) a term I have coined to customize the transition of new policy/ procedures implementation, mergers and even relocation.
This is about multimedia branding for my company. I would like to see designs that incorporate a cross-hair because one of my slogans is 'Hit Your Mark'. I am not a designer, so I have attached my self-created logo to demonstrate why I am hoping for something bold! My industry is saturated with living legends (older practitioners, researchers and consultants). I am open to new concepts, so the designs should be diverse (use of the company name and without). Coloring is important to me and should not be overlooked. I am partial to presidential blue. I want eye catching while communicating professionalism.
