Brief de Print Design

We are a technology (web software and web design) company that has a gift (logo imprinted tote bag) to send to existing clients thanking them for their business. We are going to include a card with the gift. I want to use http://www.48hourprint.com to print the cards. They can't be larger than 8.5 x 5.5 to fit in the box (8.5 x 12 wont fit).

The card should feature our software logo as well as a large "Thank You" type plus other design elements that you feel are appropriate.

I want text on the inside of the card to read "Without you, our client and friend, we wouldn't be the successful company that we are today. Thank you for your selection of AFS Web and ZOOM CMS for your web design and web software needs. We have enjoyed each day of our past 16 years and we look forward to many more with clients like you." "All the best, Christina Blenk and the AFS Web / ZOOM CMS team" There should be room for a signature.

The deliverable needs to follow what 48hourprint.com requires regarding file type, margins, placement, etc.
