Brief de Design de Logo

We need a Corporate Identity (logo and typeface) for a new holdings company called SIMPLEXITY HOLDINGS. We are an investment firm with wholly owned subsidiaries that will follow the same design path / CI as the holdings company (other companies are SIMPLEXITY SERVICES, SIMPLEXITY STUDIO and SIMPLEXITY ANALYTICS. The focus should be on the word SIMPLEXITY. The word "holdings" (and ultimately the words "Services". "Studio" and "Analytics" will be just the qualifier. We would ultimately brand the offices ONLY with the word SIMPLEXITY and the accompanied Logo
