FairBids is a company that will be used by homeowners for several home projects like: Air Conditioning, Solar, Windows, Foundation Repair, Plumbing, Landscaping,Painting, Roofing and more. Home owners normally know to get 3 or more bids for projects like these. Contractors are salespeople, and spending several hours each with 3 or more salespeople just trying to "sell" you their products/services can be daunting!

Most home owners are not experts in the project types that they are seeking out. So after getting 3 or more different opinions (All Biased) most homeowners end up confused and simply choose a contract based on lowest price or because they "Liked them" Sales People are trained to bond with and be friendly to customers, they are trained on how to overcome objections and guide the customer down the road they want.

So the lowest price and/or the guy they like may not truly be the best value for the home project or owner. FairBids is a Free Service that gathers the bid(proposals) for the home owner with no pressure to buy anything. FairBids will gather the information for the homeowner and present the 3 options to them. Contractors only give a one-sided (Biased) viewpoint as to what products / services are best to meet the needs of that homeowner.

Using FairBids helps give security to the home owner in know that the information provided to them is not biased since FairBids does not make any money from the home owner. So. 1 company, No Salesperson ever comes to their home just a FairBids Project Evaluator to gather the information. We don't just give homeowners a "List" of contractors or "Advise" them who does the work in their area, we actually go to their home and do the work for them for FREE.

We do background checks on the contractors, compare local prices as well as national for their project types. Contractors in the FairBids network are kept to strict standards and constantly monitored for performance and customer satisfaction. We do all this FREE to the homeowner! I also attached a mock up of what I started to design in Adobe Photoshop, then decided I needed professional help. That's where you come in
