Brief de Design de Mascotte

We are in need of a mascot to be designed for implementation on and throughout our website. We are a legal resource based website looking for a warm, friendly mascot to direct users toward completing the next necessary step on our website in order to find a lawyer or question pertaining to the law. As far as the design itself, we want to establish a genuine, helpful and again, friendly personality. Primary colors include Blue, Black and White. Something to keep in mind is that we are still a legal resource and need to remain legitimate in terms of how our mascot appears. In addition, we are hoping for variations of this mascot. For example, one situation would include our mascot holding a magnifying glass over s specific step. The next version may have him holding a flashlight up to the following step etc.
