Hello. Thanks for your post and questions. Yes, I am new in the real state business. The designer that did the 3D view is a good profesional I am working with. I have no disagreement with him. I think he did a great job and I understand his reasons not to share his files, beyond for the jpg. Unfortunately he is on vacation for two weeks and he has other commitments when he returns. His low bandwidth is the only problem given I need 3 or 4 additional 3D views for this project plus other 3-4 for each additional 3 projects. He charged me the very same price I am offering here for the 3D attached. I understand that it was not contest but direct contract in his case. I have no problem in contracting someone direct instead of through contest but I thought it was a good idea to find someone with similar quality capabilities. My need is to find someone with that quality and bandwidth. The price can be agreed.
I will upload the dwg files. I am not sure if that is what you meant by universal format.

It's a lot of work for very little money.You have provided the 3D file, which is great. But the designer then needs to add furniture, textures and materials, lighting, etc. It's no small task. I'm sure you will get submissions, as is always the case. To many people 110 Euros may be a lot of money, but it's also very small for the amount of work to many others.

Just out of interest, why did you not ask the person who did the original rendering to do more? This would make sense as they obviously already have the scene set-up with the furniture and lights etc. They just need to move the camera and re-render.

Thanks Tony. The amount I was originally paying was 149€ but I received a voucher for a 30€ discount from DesignCrowd. I am not sure how it works but I was expecting to pay 149€. The designer who did the exterior of the house received 150€, so I thought 149€ was a fair price. My designer, as I mentioned in a prior answer to another question, went on vacation and has many commitments when he returns. I need to do several 3D designs for several projects and he does not have enough bandwidth. I also understand that a direct contract, like the one I did with the designer who did the exterior of the house, is not the same than a contest. In a contest you don't know if you are going to be awarded and the price should pay for that risk. However, I am struggling to find someone (or more than one designer, if possible) with the same quality as the one I already have. Once I find him/her, I could try direct assignments on a fair price. Can I just ask another question if I don't bother you somuch?Have you verified the originality of the work of your previous designer ? Because in my opinion it's highly irregular,the designer could have easily earned a couple hundreds just at the cost of another couple hours as all the rendering was set , to make a metaphor , just like build a hotel just for rent to one customer , or set up a train station just for one passenger . And the deliveru shouldn't just only include jpg , it's gonna need multiple layer of .exr or .tiff to prove it's true work. THe designer was from Freelancer . com ?

Hello. It doesn't bother me at all.

We are a Real State agency and we have architects working for us. The architects make the design of the house and the plans but do not make the 3D views. I have to contract the 3D views.

The house design has been done by one of my architects, from scratch. Her name is De las Moras architects, just to provide more detail. And the house has been design according to my specifications, so it is new (not built yet). The 3D view was done by a professional 3D designer that has worked previously with my architect (not freelancer.com). The 3D design matches 100% with the design of the architect, which you can check up on looking at the dwgs I have uploaded. Therefore, the 3D view can only be true new work. Obviously, he has reused some materials, like the trees, grass, tables, sofas, people and so on. I don't expect the designer to do everything from scratch... it doesn't make sense. I expect designers having access to libraries of objects for the the 3D views. I also understand that those libraries are proprietary and that is the reason for the designer not to share them. I only need the picture after all, in jpg, tiff or any other format that can be seen in my website.

My need is to find a 3D views designer who can provide same quality as the one I already have. Contest might not be the best option to do it considering the effort for one 3D view. But it gives me a sense of what I can contract directly for the future work.
