Brief de Design de Logo

We are currently a vacation rental firm looking to expand and franchise our model. The name we have have come up with is "Great Spots" Vacation Rentals. Our business model is to develop markets that are off the beaten path, such as the one we currently have success in along the Chesapeake Bay, and develop thriving vacation rental markets. We pride ourselves on providing not just a house to rent, but "a great spot" to experience all that the area has to offer. We are looking to not only have a logo, but a whole website look and feel--color schemes, etc. that promotes fun, but has an air of exclusivity, at the same time not being too serious or luxury oriented. For example, we rent houses in St. Michaels, Maryland, and we promote our cottages and homes as being a "great spot for kayaking, enjoying local restaurants, etc." We like Great Spots because it has a lot of play in it--great little spots, getaway spots, etc.
We are starting with the logo and then would need some guidance on laying out our website pages and company identity items. This could evolve into an entire branding package.

Marché(s) Cible(s)

Our target market is families and couples ages 35-65 who rent vacation homes to experience what the area has to offer. Currently our properties are oriented along the Chesapeake Bay, but we are also cultivating other markets. These markets would not necessarily be beach areas, we are staying away from those, but areas that offer quality tourism off the beaten path.
