Brief de Design de Flyer

I need a flyer, 8.5 x 11, representing my company to be displayed in a Doctor's office that specializes in Pain Medicine. Most, if not all, of these clients experience pain or have some chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, back pain, joint pain, etc. So the flyer should convey that exercise and nutrition reduce/relieves pain and references some of these ailments. Ideally, the flyer should depict an overweight person exercising with a content, or somewhat content or smiling expression on their face in some part of the flyer. My services cover nutrition and include personal training to where I Ideally train people in their home, equipment permitting, or outside in our local Floridian Parks, and sometimes beaches. This flyer will be in a display case, and the bottom right 8.5 x5 cm will need to be blank, or allow for me to input the back of my business car into it, as I'll have business cards readily available in front of the flyer to be taken. I've included some versions of my logos to be added to the flyer. The other picture is of the flyer holder, with business card area, that this flyer will be presented in. Finally, I've attached a pic of what the back of my business card looks like to be input into that bottom right hand corner. You'll be able to see the area in the bottom right that will display my business cards.
