Brief de Design de Logo

Hello!
We are looking to re-brand our consumer cannabis oil brand with a new logo, look, and feel. Our current branding can be viewed on our website www.lucidoils.com
The intention is to move away from our current black & yellow theme and towards something that is clean, bright & modern, but also bold enough to be seen on shelves and remembered as a standalone image. (i.e. Ferrari, Nike, Apple, Chanel, etc) As such, we would like a logo design that has modern font of the word 'LUCID' with a large oil drop above it. Because an oil drop is a symbol that is used by others in our industry, we really want ours to be memorable as a standalone. I've attached a sample that depicts a drop logo that I came across. This has the bold feel we are looking for. Please design with anticipation that the logo will sometimes be printed in a single color. Additionally, the center of the oil drop will be used as a window on packaging so please leave void of color/print. Horizontal and vertical versions (2 TOTAL) of the logo are desired (example attached). Thank you!!
