Brief de Design de Logo

We need a new logo for a new business called 'The Endurance Movement'. We are about incorporating strength training into endurance triathletes training programs and using the latest, scientific up to date ways of coaching and training. Our training sessions include strength sessions, running sessions and cycling sessions and physiotherapy and are targeted at long distance triathletes (swim, ride and run). I would like something modern, with a bit of color but not over the top and preferably a square or round shaped logo that's not too rectangular or long shaped. I dont even mind a black and whoote logo. The logo should communicate a 'change' in the way endurance athletes train and represented a 'movement' or 'change' in training principles. We would like the initials 'EM' to be bold and stand out, but for the logo to still have 'The Endurance Movement' on it.
