Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for a new multi family office business in Auckland, New Zealand, called 'Jones Family Office Partners'. We advise on investment structuring, wealth management, family succession planning, philanthropy and inter-generational issues. The logo needs to reflect trust, strength, support and guidance. I had been playing around with circle lettering concepts (Bulgari like) and tree or bird inside (native to NZ like a Tui) - but open to logos based on initials or other symbolism. Needs to be modern, clean and professional - easy to use for other logo branding on stationery and other products. Colours to avoid are yellow, orange, pink - would prefer reds, blacks, metallic, greens and blues. Company name can be split so the 'Jones' is the main wording with 'Family Office Partners' being a tagline.
