Brief de Design de Logo

I would like to create a logo for an upcoming "College Showcase" event. The images below will help illustrate what I am trying to create.

The sketch has the concept that Im wanting to go with. Each of the other images contain elements that I would like to have in the artwork.

1)Cedar Crest College Image- Please try and match this font.
2) College Crest.jpeg- I like the idea of the city on top of the crest. Can we replace this with snow covered mountains? I also like the reef around the crest.
3)Mascot (Snowman)- Please use this logo in the top middle of the crest
4) Round GB Logo- Please use the logo in the lower middle of the crest
