Brief de Design de Menu

We are a new Indian restaurant, named Colors of India Restaurant, looking for a sophisticated looking menu. It is a semi-formal dining restaurant with wooden tables and chairs and will have a focus on a creating a lively atmosphere. Environment-friendly products will be used, and the menu will be 100% vegetarian. There will be an emphasis on fresh, healthy and delicious food. We will be targeting vegans, vegetarians, health conscious people, people from all age groups, Indians, Australian's as well as other ethnic communities. We need a clean, simple, sophisticated design for the new restaurant menu. Attached is the restaurant logo for reference.

UPDATE:
- We have attached the menu
- We are not looking for any particular type of layout or size (open to suggests). Please suggest this after having a look at the menu contents. However, we will be having one formal menu to be used in the restaurant, and one in brochure form for distribution.
- There are no images at present. If you feel the need of images, please use sample images for now.
