Brief de Design Emballage

We are a Canadian pet food manufacturer. We produce high quality, natural, frozen raw dog food as well as freeze-dried treats.

The winning designs will be used on our freeze-dried treats pouches and our cardboard frozen raw food boxes.

Pictures of our old product packaging are attached. THE NEW PACKAGING NEEDS TO COMPETE WELL AGAINST ALL THE SHELF COMPETITION! (see attached)

The treat pouch should be matte finish and display the following:
Front:
- Rocky Mountain Raw logo
- Prominent "Made In Canada" graphic (example attached)
- Clear window area to show product inside
- Prominent "Freeze Dried" graphic or text
- At least 3 callouts (only 1 ingredient, excellent source of protein, made and sourced in Canada, no preservatives, no artificial flavours, etc)
- English and French details (as in the example files)
- The name of the specific treat (Beef Liver, Chicken, Salmon, Turkey, Chicken Breast, Pork Liver)

Back:
- Ingredient list
- Cross promotion of our raw products
- Guaranteed analysis
- Barcode area
- Product of Canada
- Company name and Abbotsford, BC, Canada
- Maybe some more positives about the treats

The treat pouch designs should be different colours depending on which treat it is. For example, green for beef liver, blue for chicken, orange for salmon, but use whatever colours you think look best, the highlight colours in the logo can also be modified to match.

For the cardboard boxes that contain our frozen raw food we are looking for a base design that we can put a coloured sticker on to identify the product inside. I have attached a picture of our competitor's (Mountain Dog Food) popular box as well in addition to our current (Petobee) box. The dimensions of the box will be 12" long x 10" wide x 9" tall and will contain 16lbs of product.

The cardboard box should display the following:
Front/Top:
- Rocky Mountain Raw logo
- Room for a sticker large enough to contain the name of the blend, ingredients, nutritional analysis, and barcode.
- Prominent "Made In Canada" graphic
- "Premium Raw" or some other title indicating high quality raw
- At least 3 callouts (convenient 1/4 lb cubes, made and sourced in Canada, human-grade ingredients, no preservatives, no artificial flavours, etc)
- "Keep Frozen"
- English and French details (as in the example files)

Back/Sides:
- Feeding guidelines
- Raw food handling instructions (see competitor box)
- Product of Canada
- Graphic Art
- English and French details (as in the example files)
