Brief de Design de Logo

We need a modern, edgy logo for a food truck business that will feature Cajun foods. This business will compete with other street vendors for our market share so we want to stand out as more appealing. I have thought of almost a biker type feel with the angel wings. Perhaps similar to a tattoo design. We aren't set on a particular color scheme, but something bright would probably get more attention. We have not settled on the food truck color, but it will probably we white. Also, it should be easy to read and simple enough for a variety of print methods. This is a family-owned side business for a married couple.

• The logo must be "slick" and professional.
• It must have the words "The Cajun Angel" and possibly also the words, "street fare" or " street food" and maybe even "catering."

• I'm interested in using angel wings combined with Louisiana symbols such as fleur de lis, wrought iron, or the shape of our state.
• I'm interested in seeing any color schemes including monochromatic, but I'm leaning toward bright colors.
