Brief de Design de Logo
Lift and box is a new fitness gym system that includes both power lifting and boxing to achieve physical fitness. The workout concentrates on Upper and lower body weight training mixed in with Boxing on bags for high impact fitness. It is a full workout, challenging and also gets great results. Each genre duration is 1 minute with a 30 sec interchange between lifting and boxing.
I would like the colour scheme to be white, black and yellow.
