Brief de Design de Papeterie

I need a logo design for my stationery (letter head & business card). I am a Respiratory and Sleep medicine doctor who treats adults.
I treat asthma, snoring and other breathing problems and the symbols could include something relating to this. examples: ZZZ or a bed etc for snoring/sleep, a symbol of lungs , or other option. The blue lung could include a small red circle in the left one to indicate lung cancer.

Ideally in blue or green colour with maybe a small amount of red to indicate illness in the lung or somehow related to sleep.

the second side of the business card could include the text below:
