Thank you for the invite. I am really interested to participate in the contest but to start the design, I would like to confirm if you need coding also. If so, I don't have coding skills and won't be able to participate in the contest. Similarly there are so many quality designers in designcrowd who won't be able to submit their designs.

Thank you for your interest in our project;
I don't know where coding, is beginning, and where is ending; but in our case, as we stated in our brief:
We need a complete Wordpress design and template, that will be also responsive for tablet and smartphone. We also need a full template, ready for SEO customisable;
so a good idea would the use of a powerfull framework ; like Genesis from Studiopress; or the framework of your choice.

But as far as I know, as we need to be delivered a template; there is no need to focus on the multilangage problem
