Brief de Design de Logo

We need to design a logo for a Recruitment Company.
The Company is called
180 Resource Solutions (with a degree symbol over the 180)

The recruitment company primarily deals with Construction, Property, and Technical Recruitment, so, the logo needs to be 'strong' 'construction' 'to the point' 'masculine'.

We would like to see logo designs that have a larger 180
Then a smaller 'Resource Solutions'. As in time, it is seen that the logo will become 'just' 180.

We would like to see the colours green and black used. But are open to suggestions.

Initial thoughts were that the logo would be stacked:
180
Resource Solutions
But would need a vertical solution also.

**Please note to add a degree symbol above the 180.
