Brief de Design de Flyer

We need a flyer that will be accepted by USPS for every door direct mailing (size 8,5" x 11"). It needs to be double sided designed and we have already made the copy writing. We just need a designer to make it look stunning and chique. When our potential customers receive the flyer they should have a feeling that they can improve their house with the right kind of modern lighting. The flyer should be saying in the front cozy, safety, warmth, in short everything you need at home for the winter. (and they can off course buy that at our web store). Having (happy) people on the flyer a bonus. And in the back it will give a couple tips and tricks on how you should light up your home.

We have included in attachment
- a word document with the writing that needs to go on the flyer (front and back)
- our logo in several files and formats
