Brief de Design de Logo

Need a design for my Brewery in Long Beach. The name is Brüology - I would like to see designs that are based on the science behind brewing beer. (atoms and so on). Must be a clean design, conservative, but also professional. It shouldn't be gimmicky. color is a plus, as long as it has a modern type feel. However, with that being said, if it has a rustic feel, I am open to that as well.
