Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my personal core training/pilates business based in southern Maryland. The business name will be Core Prescription Fitness Solutions. The business focuses on personal training for functional, core, and strength training; Pilates, power circuit, classes and bootcamps, and individual & team conditioning classes. The logo design will combine the words "core" and "prescription" into one logo and should evoke the concept of a visual "core" and the "prescription" shown as the Rx symbol for prescription. Possibly combine the "R" in the word core with the "R" in the Rx symbol. Needs to be very gender neutral and motivational and mature (not targeted to youth). Possibly evoke the core of an apple or fruit or the core of the earth (power) combined with the prescription symbol. Could be combined with the core of the human body outline. The photos attached show me and some of the equipment/classes I teach, just for added info (not for use in the logo). Thanks!
