Brief de Design de Logo

Hello, we are an upstart furniture company with hand crafted old american design with new technological features to our pieces as well. Our niche is custom built shoe racks and tables. I would like a logo that can be used to stamp as well as make cast to put on furniture in the future. So it should be really clear and no too busy. We would like the lettering with a wood grain or distressed wood type look. (Maybe holes in it or something wooden)
