Hi. Is this contest is for the one who created the previous logo for you?

Not necessarily, we sent it to them as we liked their previous design and we're after something along the same lines however we are taking submissions from anyone so that we can just get the best design.

can we use the logo he/she created? (wizard icon) or we are going to create a new one?

Yes you can use the wizard icon, however you may also create your own if you feel it can be improved upon
