Brief de Design de T-shirt

I am looking to have a shirt designed for our home inspection company, but not for our home inspectors during work. We already have uniforms, but I am looking more for something that I can give to the employees for fun, that the office staff can wear or friends and family can wear to support us. I am looking for something modern, visually appealing, but still somehow incorporate our company name and/or logo. It needs to represent the company but can also pass as a normal T-shirt to someone just walking by if they are not paying attention. Company name is Excel Inspections, we are based in Northern Virginia and serve the DMV (DMV stands for D.C., Maryland and Virginia). Our website is www.excelyourinspection.com, our slogan is "Move into Confidence", as well as "Professional Property Inspections Start Here". We offer home inspections, radon testing, leak detection, Indoor Air Quality Testing (IAQ), Sewer Line Video Inspections, and Pre-Drywall Inspections. We have won the Angie's List Super Service award twice, for 2014 and 2016. We are part of many associations and cary many certifications. I'll include all the logos and certification images etc. Play around with all of it. I don't want the shirt to look like something from a sponsored even where there are a ton of logos on it, i want it to look more trendy, for it to be fun to wear and support the company in a subtle way. The main colors for the company are Black, Orange and White. I would be interested in anything that goes well with Orange as it is key to our logo, so maybe a black based shirt or a white based (grey possibly too, but please no yellow / blue / red / green / purple etc). I also included our brochure for more material to pull from.
