feedback please

Designers, please take a moment and read all the way through my brief for the design request. I listed that having pink in the logo is a must have. This means pink - not purple, not red, not colors of the Indian flag, not a bunch of other colors. I'm frustrated to keep having to type feedback to change the colors to incorporate pink when I listed it as a must have to start with. I'm not trying to be mean, I want you to win, and you will win if you incorporate the few instructions we had into a great design. I tend to lean towards pink and dark grey's. Also, there are too many submissions with silhouettes and girls and arms and hands. I'm not a fan of those - they tend to look childish which is not what we are going for. Please think more outside the box than that. This is a logo that will be used with wealthy American donors and corporations. We want it to look clean and simple, and gender neutral. Please don't copy others designs - come up with your own ideas! Thanks! I look forward to seeing some more fantastic designs!
