Brief de Design Illustration

I like you to design an "illustrated feel" like the silver surfer attached with a foil under it . I want the silver surfer to have hair, sunglasses , board shorts plus a foil under the board in the attached pics.

Im trying to get the image of the silver surfer with a foil under it . I want it with a "3D feel" with colour tones .

Have a look at this video for colour toning . Im not trying to copy the original silver surfer but I want the same effect. i want the body shape same as in video not like the silver logo.

I want you to put VP on the shorts and Von Piros LOGO under the board set in correct perspective. Just give some roughs first up and we will go from there.
