Brief de Design de Logo

I am a Real Estate Agent in Toronto, ON and I have yet to have a logo designed for my personal brand. I'm cool with something simple and modern but open to a bit of flair if you think it works. I'm thinking black and white only but a small pop of colour is also cool if it works. My initial thoughts were to incorporate my last name, which is Parkhill.. So something with a park and/or a hill involved.. But not entirely necessary..

I'm looking for something somewhat minimalist and the font has to be awesome. By awesome, I guess I mean modern and 'slick' for lack of a better term. I think all CAPS would look best but I'm open to all lower case as well or "Parkhill Real Estate".

I'm a young-ish guy (31) and my clientele is all around my age so it would have to appeal to Millenials and look high-end.
